Mobilization Project Manager
Summary:
As a Mobilization Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' digital journey, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives. You will lead and manage a diverse range of digital projects, including IT system implementations, SAP deployments, business transitions, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery within scope. Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, resourcing, and budget control. Scope & Planning: Define project scope with stakeholders, manage scope changes, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Resource Management: Lead internal and external teams, ensuring safety, well-being, and optimal resource allocation. Risk & Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements (cybersecurity, data governance, etc.). Resolve issues promptly and mitigate risks. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Reporting: Regularly track project status, including financial performance, and present to project governance forums. Key Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in IT project/program management. Strong background in IT Systems/Applications; SAP experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and working with onshore/offshore teams. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) at all levels, including executive presentations.
