Job Description Contract opportunities to work for Tier 2 / Tier 1 builders in the Sydney market.
Builders we have partnerships with work across multiple sectors from fitout/refurb to High-Rise residential, retail, and industrial to commercial, sport/recreation, Health & Defence.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE Exposer to well-organised and experienced team Hourly Rate or Day Rate $ – Weekly Pay PAYG or PTY options available Work with a well organised team 3+ Month Opportunities PAYG, PTY options are available KEY  RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and budget The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public The liaison between the client and sub-contractor Assisting in the development of the project instructions Maintaining communication with superiors and subcontractors KEY  REQUIREMENTS A trade carpenter or tertiary qualification in construction Proven track record working with a reputable contractor Previous history working on commercial new build projects Tier 1 or 2 commercial or defence experience  Relevant OH&S and IR knowledge Solid organisation and communication skills Proven experience as a Foreman – Contactable references Start getting paid for the hours you put in – Apply Now!
