Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of successful project execution.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing architectural projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present architectural designs and concepts.
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Research and Development as well as Strategic Management Complete project positioning reports, product strategies, development strategies, and various specialized analysis reports.
Set directions and standards for subsequent development phases.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
Professional license or certification as an Architect (if required).
Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
