The Role:
The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of mortgage broking and must have a strong desire to assist their clients to fulfill their property dreams, through their expert industry and product knowledge.
Your Core Duties & Responsibilities Will Include:
Prepare and plan with clients to ascertain their financial situation and what requirements they have.
Work well and proficiently with other team members, as well as share information to ensure the customer experience is exceptional.
Maintain strong product knowledge and research the industry regularly, to ensure advice provided is current and relevant.
Prepare and present loan proposals and recommendations of lenders to clients, ensuring they fully understand the range of products on offer.
Keep all clients updated with your remarkable communication skills, ensuring they understand any pauses and delays should they occur.
Update loan proposals due to any change of circumstances (if required).
Undergo required CPD training throughout the year.
Effectively manage the CRM.
What You Will Need to Succeed:

You are motivated to perform and achieve success.
About You:
You have proven written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
You are self-disciplined with remarkable organizational skills to meet targets, being effective and efficient with your time.
