As an ASO3 Financial Transaction Officer in a Financial Transactions team, you will be but not limited to; assisting customers in a customer service based financial environment (Accounts Receivable and Debt Collection). Located in Regency Park, SA this is a contract until Dec 2024 with a possible extension, looking to start and 100% onsite full time.
The responsibilities: Ability to communicate effectively, using a variety of mediums, with a broad range of customers (internal and external) and government service providers. This includes the ability to effectively manage customer interactions including conflict resolution. Ability to work autonomously under general direction, use initiative and judgement to organise and manage workloads and resolve day to day issues, adapt positively and flexibly to constantly changing requirements and situations and manage multiple responsibilities and tasks concurrently in order to meet defined outcomes and timelines. Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and service delivery excellence and taking shared responsibility for achieving results. Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, formulate appropriate solutions and understand new concepts and information quickly whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in an accounting or a financial transactions environment, utilising computerised accounting systems, financial management systems or financial database applications with an emphasis on debt management and/or accounts receivable. Experience in contact centre or customer service environment. The requirements: Demonstrated minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service / finance / accounts receivable / debt collection role Proficiency in MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Temporary and Australian Citizens must have the rights to work in Australia and be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check.
