Financial Systems Support Analyst – Chris21 AdministratorJob no: 576197Work type: Full time tempLocation: Corporate Services - VIC MetropolitanCategories: Information Technology8 month contract – full time roleWork for Australia's largest health care providerRamsay Healthcare is looking for an experienced Chris21 Administrator for an 8 month contract focussing on BAU support for our Chris21 payroll system.About the RoleReporting to Financial Systems Support Manager and working closely with the HR and Payroll managers and users, you will be responsible for the administration and support of the Chris21 payroll application. In this role you will be required to:Provide Chris21 user support and training, assist with creating procedures for payroll processes, create and maintain user accountsMonitor fortnightly payroll processing, correct payroll errors, assist with reconciliation, generate GL posting filesGeneral payroll data maintenance of pay components/tables, leave rules, superannuation codes, award tables, salary rates, etc.Ensure legislative changes are reflected in Chris21 – i.e. changes in payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG etc., as per advice from business – tax department, payroll accounting teams.Run end of month processes – Leave liability reconciliation and reporting, clear month to date figures, generation of interface files with Ramsay's ERP finance systemsRun end of year processes – Reconciliations and reporting, STP lodgement, apply system configuration changes for new financial yearCreate and assist users with creating and updating reports in Chris21 report designerRun and analyse monthly user access audits, work with external audit teams to extract data samples and review appropriateness of Chris21 configurationAssist Frontier (software vendor) with application upgrades including assistance with resolving issues and performing user acceptance testingMinimum 5 years' experience with Chris21 Administration including configuration and system maintenanceAttributes of integrity, honesty and ethical behaviour are essential to the roleStrong ownership of work, proven ability to overcome hurdles, escalate when required and keep stakeholders informed of progressUnderstanding of change management procedures and processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent collaboration skills and proven ability to work in both a team environment and autonomouslyFully competent in the Microsoft Office suite, in particular ExcelNice to haveDevelopment and support experience with SQLBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceGood understanding of server technology and the interaction between the Chris21 application and associated infrastructure and databaseRequirementsA National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months may be asked of youTo ApplyAll applications must be lodged online and include their current CV.
