About the role
The Financial Systems Administrator will be responsible for providing functional support and maintenance for the departments Oracle ERP Cloud system and planning and budgeting system PBCS.
About you
To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate:
Extensive Knowledge of Oracle PBCS or Hyperion and Oracle Financials functional modules including Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA), Oracle Business Intelligence (OTBI) Working knowledge of Accounting, Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes and functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship and stakeholder management skills demonstrated at a senior level; and the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels Demonstrated advanced conceptual and analytical skills including the ability to identify emerging issues and provide solutions that will not only meet the clients' current Ability to work successfully in a team environment and provide solutions based on customer needs. Mandatory requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent on the job experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Oracle Cloud ERP. Good understanding of the support processes associated with the Oracle Cloud platform or Oracle EBS on-premises Financials modules. Experience as a functional administrator for Hyperion Planning or Oracle PBCS. Oracle Business Intelligence, OACS reporting Key Accountabilities
The Financial Systems Administrator will be responsible for providing functional support for the following Oracle Cloud Services: PBCS, Oracle Financials modules, Oracle Integration Cloud, Financial Accounting Hub, OACS, OTBI, IDCS Provide level 2 and 3 incident management and problem management resolutions. This will involve training and business as usual support to subject matter experts, process owners and end users. Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of interfaces to/from other applications. This involves triaging technical integration problems with the supported PaaS applications. Perform a range of financial systems operations such as user access, chart of accounts maintenance, month end activities and standard configuration changes. Work with Budget Team to maintain budgeting and planning applications. Update system configuration as needed to resolve system defects/improve business processes. Ensure system enhancements are completed with the agreed stakeholder in a timely fashion and the system updates meet or exceed user requirements. Document functional business requirements and business cases as needed. Assist to manage the Oracle Cloud ERP SaaS patching cycle. Provide impact analysis on patching and upgrade activities as it impacts on the cloud environment and perform regression testing during Releases.
