The Financial Reporting Specialist is also responsible for continuous improvement in ERP system design, internal controls and operational efficiency. A key focus is placed on program/project delivery and management reporting to influence executive decisions, meet business expectations, and enhance the delivery of the regulatory and legislative reporting requirements of TAFE NSW.About YouAs a qualified professional with substantial NSW Government experience, you possess a strong background in statutory financial reporting and compliance. Your knowledge and expertise extend to advanced finance software, including SAP and you will be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate complex accounting issues to key stakeholders. Additionally, you demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Australian Accounting Standards, the Government Sector Finance Act, Treasurer's Directions, and other relevant government regulations, policies, and procedures.
