While an Authorised Representative Status is mandatory, as you will be listed as an adviser on many practice clients, focusing on building deep relationships while delegating and collaborating rather than performing a traditional financial adviser role.
You will leverage your vast experience and skills in working with external stakeholders to improve the compliance of advice templates and advice delivery workflows and systems and as such requires a sound understanding of a broad range of strategies and experience with advising and implementing advice.

Attention to detail is vital to the success of anyone working in the Financial Services industry and this role, and a demonstrated ability to follow detailed processes and understand complex advice documents will be required to be successful in this role.
The position would be working alongside colleagues fostering good communication to ensure deadlines and service levels are maintained efficiently. While advice would need to be provided in service-based or time-critical scenarios, this role involves delegate to the advice team and supervision (peer review) of SOA's, ROA's, EOI's. You would also assist support team, directing the implementation documents required for these with ultimate accountability over delegated work.
