Role: Financial Services Administrator
Main Purpose: This is a full-time role for someone looking to develop a career in Financial Services with a passion for delivering a high standard of customer service with professional growth. You will play a key role in supporting all administrative functions as part of our team located at Ferndown Industrial Estate. We are looking for someone who is process driven, client focused with some experience in financial services. They must be ambitious and motivated to undertake professional qualifications and build a long-term career in finance within our dynamic team. The company will provide supported learning and fund additional qualifications to ensure your career progression.
Duties include:
Ensuring seamless business transactions through the efficient processing of applications and documents. Handling day-to-day client and provider enquiries with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. Providing prompt, high-quality service to clients through phone, email, and postal communications. Offering comprehensive administrative support, such as managing and inputting financial data, drafting letters, taking meeting minutes, and organizing documentation for new business and client accounts. Candidate requirements:
Financial Services experience preferred. Proven strong administrative skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. A high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities. Professional, career-focused communication style, both written and verbal, with a commitment to continuous learning and advancement. A can-do attitude with the ability to get on well with others. Hours: This is a full-time permanent job which is office-based, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
