About the role We are looking for an energetic and driven Financial Reporting Manager with experience in the completion of financial statements, tax returns, and board reporting. The purpose of the role is to ensure that Jaybro Group operates robust financial processes and controls that ensure the accuracy of financial reporting across all Jaybro Group companies.
The successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced evolving environment and have the ability to work autonomously. This role reports to the Group Financial Controller and requires the candidate to drive and lead improvement projects across the finance team.
The successful applicant will deliver WOW service via phone and email. Proven strong financial reporting, analytical, communication, and organisational skills, along with the ability to work with all levels of management, will ensure success in this role.

Key Responsibilities Complete month-end reporting for the groupPreparation of relevant tables and analysis of balance for group management reporting and the boardRelevant tax duties including preparation of tax return, monthly estimate of tax provisions, and payment of monthly income taxCompletion of financial reporting as required including the completion of financial accounts and all relevant disclosuresCompletion and monitoring of reconciliations for the GroupAssist Financial Controller with budgeting processWeekly monitoring of hedge positionContribute to preparation of auditsMust-have Exceptional attention to detailDemonstrated experience in financial reporting and tax management for a complex consolidated financial groupExperience working in a group structure with multiple subsidiariesAdvanced Excel knowledgeRelevant accounting qualificationExceptional stakeholder management skillsNice-to-have Experience within the Construction and Infrastructure IndustryPowerBi and SAP experienceExperience in financial transformationBenefits Hybrid model – 3 Days in the Office (Arndell Park) & Work from Home 2 days a week!Great company culture & high employee engagementGenuine career pathways and advancement and development programsDynamic and supportive management & team #J-18808-Ljbffr
