You Are:
UST is searching for a Financial Project Coordinator who will mentor and guide Associates / Leads. Lead the team in managing and handling the entire or specific Finance function across the organization.
The opportunity:

Managing Project Budget Tasks
Creation of initial funding requests documentation and extensions
Reconciling staffing projections with actuals
Working with Cash and GAAP
Populating and maintaining Planview Data
Escalate any budgeting discrepancies
Reporting monthly and quarterly on budget

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:

US GAAP, Accounts Reconciliation, Planview, Agile
Good understanding of accounting
Experience with spreadsheet and database software
Familiarity with state sales tax regulations
Medium to high proficiency in accounting process/systems including (AP/AR/GL/Procurement/Project Accounting)
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
