This will include preparing reports including budget reports, budget financials, variance and exceptions reports. You will also assess future financial trends, cashflows and funding requirements in order to provide recommendations to the Financial Operations Manager.About YouTertiary qualifications in Business/Accounting/Commerce or equivalent.Strong understanding of financial modelling.Advanced Excel skills.Proven experience in analysing financial systems to provide strategic financial advice and business insights.Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a proven ability to consult, communicate, and problem-solve.Strong ability to communicate complex, sensitive, and strategic issues to a variety of stakeholders.High-level negotiation and facilitation skills to form collaborative solutions and assist in implementing appropriate strategic responses.Demonstrated experience in financial management of National Competition principles will be advantageous.To view the Position Description for this role, please click here.The Selection ProcessWe encourage candidates to advise us of any accommodations they may need to ensure a smooth and inclusive experience throughout our recruitment process and work environment.
