Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Planning:
Develop comprehensive long-term financial plans aligned with HCI's strategic vision, ensuring financial stability and growth.Budgeting & Forecasting Excellence:
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with departments to achieve financial targets and maintain budgetary alignment.Risk & Compliance Oversight:
Proactively manage financial risks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, optimizing cash flow and investment opportunities.Stakeholder Engagement:
Deliver concise and insightful financial reports, communicating key metrics and forecasts to senior leadership and the Board with accuracy and impact.Continuous Improvement:
Enhance financial systems and processes for optimal efficiency, contributing to sustainable growth.Desired QualificationsCA or CPA
