You'll be tasked with taking the lead on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, business cases, insights, decision support, monthly management reporting, what-if scenarios, and be the key user of the Workday Adaptive Planning software creating gorgeous streamlined reports and visuals to drive business performance. You will engage with operational leaders, functional heads and the executive leadership team, giving you the opportunity to shine and deliver value added analysis.Your ProfileBeing in FP&A is one of the most sought after positions in the finance/accounting department in most companies. It combines all areas of expertise - financial accounting, management accounting, business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and big picture strategic thinking. You are someone who thrives in the detail, loves accuracy, can make numbers sing, and have experience with planning tools (Workday product experience would be a plus, not essential). You most likely have a post graduate qualification in accounting (CA/CPA) or equivalent masters in finance, accounting or related field.
