You will also enjoy solving complex problems and play a key role in creating something truly special as we focus on delivering a better way to pay at Zepto.The Role You'll PlayThe role of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager is to provide compelling insights, commercial analysis and drive decision support through effective business partnering.This opportunity requires the FP&A Manager to establish an FP&A framework across the business and support managers to be empowered to make data-endorsed decisions.Most importantly, this person is passionate about deeply understanding and sharing the story behind the numbers.Reporting to the Financial Controller, your focus will be:Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities, partner with leaders across the business alongside the Financial Controller to carry out budgeting and forecasting requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure accurate reporting.Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.Analyse periodic financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior and executive management, including management of Board reporting requirements.Provide support to the Chief Financial Officer and Strategic Finance Lead to assess capital and strategic financial growth opportunities and conduct financial analysis of operational projects that support or drive business growth.Identify opportunities for process enhancements in financial planning and reporting.Provide mentoring and guidance to employees within the Finance Team, including contributing to training and development.What You'll Bring to the TableTo be successful in this role, you will have:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a strategic financial role such as FP&A, Corporate Development or M&A, preferably in a high growth tech or financial services environment.Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis with experience working with advanced Excel models.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.You are a self-starter who is comfortable with working in a scaleup environment and is curious about understanding how the business works.Experience in payments, financial services, and/or software industries preferred.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager?
