About the Role Collaborating closely with the broader organisation, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for Hotels will be responsible for the overall budgeting, planning, and forecasting of Pro-invests Hotel portfolio, including the analysis and reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly results.

What you'll be doing Manage the budgeting and reforecasting processes for all hotels, in alignment with corporate guidelines and schedules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to gather essential data for long-term, annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting and forecasting at both individual asset and consolidated levels. Develop and maintain rolling long-term forecasts. Monitor financial performance against forecasts and budgets, analyse variances, and evaluate key performance indicators. Champion the monthly P&L Cost Exception reporting and facilitate monthly reviews with the Hotel leadership team. Provide actionable recommendations for productivity enhancement and cost optimisation, tracking progress against set goals. Present Present finalised budgets and forecasts to key stakeholders, such as the Executive Committee, Hotel/General Managers. What we're looking for 5+ years' experience in a similar role within the Hospitality industry. Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication. Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organisation. Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture. Strong organisational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Experience using FP&A and Hotel related systems (PMS / ERP / Power BI).
