About The Role As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FPAM) - Hotels at Pro-invest Group, reporting into the Head of Hospitality Performance, you will play a pivotal role in managing the budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities for our hotel portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and performance enhancement of our hotel assets while working closely with senior executives.
Key Responsibilities Manage budgeting and reforecasting processes for all hotels, aligning with corporate guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for long-term, annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting and forecasting.Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and evaluate key performance indicators.Facilitate monthly reviews with hotel leadership teams and provide actionable recommendations for productivity enhancement and cost optimization.Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives, working closely with the Head of Hospitality Performance and operational leaders.Oversee and continuously improve financial processes, systems, and methodologies related to the FP&A function.What you'll bring 5+ years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industryDemonstrated ability to influence others through effective communicationStrong project management skillsSuperior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPointGeneral knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principlesExperience using FP&A and hotel-related systems (PMS / ERP / Power BI)Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate professional maturityBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (Desirable)Benefits Make your mark in a global company at a time of growthWork across multiple brands within Pro-invest Hotels and Vista Hospitality GroupAccess to global accommodation and dining discounts from day 1Fantastic International colleague accommodation and F&B discounts throughout IHG Hotels (Worldwide)
