Financial Planning Administrator With continued growth in our Financial Planning division, our Ballarat office is seeking a motivated Financial Planning Administrator to join our team. Our business offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to continue to develop their career and help grow the business in the Ballarat region.
Responsibilities Answering telephone calls from clients and Product providers Taking accurate messages Book Client Appointments Collecting, opening & distribution of mail Management of client database and details Diary management using Microsoft Teams Electronic filing, archiving, photocopying, and scanning General office and administration support Other administrative tasks as required Required Skills A warm and friendly personality and enjoy supporting the team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable and excellent time management skills Be well presented with a mature and confident nature A team player that can also work unsupervised and shows initiative High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential Be a quick learner who enjoys learning new tasks Knowledge of Outlook Benefits 5th week of annual leave for all full-time team members Mentoring, training and support through our vast senior team Supportive team environment where we all love to help each other to get great results for our clients Delivery of dynamic & forward-thinking client service Are you ready for an exciting new challenge?
