Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive and high-quality personal financial advice, focusing on retirement planning, including Home Equity Access Scheme, and Aged Care options. Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislative and licensing standards and guidelines. Host engaging and informative webinars centered around superannuation and retirement topics, educating members on the pivotal role of financial advice in achieving a successful retirement. Foster and nurture relationships with internal staff, strategic partners, and stakeholders to increase member engagement with the fund's financial advisory services. About you: A minimum of 3 years' proven experience offering comprehensive financial planning advice to retail clients. Strong commitment to ethical practices, always prioritizing the best interests of members. Demonstrated history of delivering compliant, ethical, and productive personal advice at scale. Exceptional personal presentation, communication, and influencing skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a national team. Proficiency in superannuation advice, particularly in retirement planning. Extensive experience using financial planning software, with a preference for XPLAN. Mandatory Requirements: Fully met FASEA education standards and listed as current on the Financial Adviser Register. Approved/Relevant University degree / Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. Passed the FASEA exam and listed on the FAR register as being able to provide tax (financial). What can we offer you?
