With continued growth in our Financial Planning division, our Ballarat office is seeking a qualified, motivated Financial Planner to join our team.
Our business offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to continue to develop their career and help grow the business in the Ballarat and Geelong regions.

Responsibilities
Help grow and develop the Financial Planning division.
Provision of comprehensive Financial Planning advice to clients encompassing strategies such as Investments, Superannuation (inc SMSF), Transitions to Retirement strategies, Centrelink Planning, Cash Flows, SMSF's, Aged Care, and Risk.
Build and strengthen staff relationships to obtain internal client referrals from other divisions.
Source external referrals from personal networks.
Meet monthly budgets and key performance indicators.
The right candidate will be:
Client focused and have a willingness to help and support our existing and new clients in achieving their goals and objectives.
Committed to ethical and compliant dealings with clients.
Have a good understanding of the current legislative and technical framework in relation to investments, taxation, superannuation, and risk insurance.
Enjoy working autonomously as well as within our talented team.
Required Skills
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Financial Planner.
Must meet the FASEA education requirements.
Highest level of ethics and positive compliance checks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive and develop internal and external relationships.
