The RoleWe are seeking a fully qualified Finance Manager with a background in Construction to join our close-knit team.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present monthly and annual financial reportsDevelop and maintain cash flow forecastsConsolidate management accounts and prepare project reportsMonitor and report on financial liabilities and interest on liabilitiesPrepare and lodge BAS, FBT, and other reporting to the ATOManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payrollLiaise with financiers to obtain asset financeUpdate PPSR and bank covenant reportingRequirementsTertiary qualifications in Finance or AccountingPrivate entity/company tax experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Procore and financial management systemsAbility to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholdersExposure to managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll teamsAbility to work in a close-knit team and passion for the Construction industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
