Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly financial reports, with a focus on sales performance and product profitability. Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with sales and marketing teams to create realistic budgets and prepare weekly forecasts, analyzing trends and variances. Inventory & Cost Management: Monitor inventory levels and costs, ensuring financial efficiency while aligning stock levels with market demand. Revenue & Sales Support: Provide data-driven insights to support sales strategies and assess promotional impacts on profitability. Month-End Processes: Manage key month-end tasks, including prepayments, accruals, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and general ledger reviews. Variance Analysis: Investigate and explain profit margin variances, trends, and anomalies against budgets and forecasts. About You Experience: 3+ years in a similar accounting role, ideally in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry. Technical Skills: Strong Excel proficiency and experience with financial systems; ERP knowledge is a plus. Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented, capable of meeting tight deadlines and balancing multiple responsibilities.
