Your Role The primary purpose of this role is to deliver underwriting profit and growth in our Cyber and Technology Practice business.
Your Responsibilities: Underwriting & Distribution Achievement of financial targets for allocated Broker panel Deliver set Distribution activities (Broker visits, key account management, pipeline & prospecting, cross selling, new business generation)Appropriate use of delegated Underwriting authority, including but not limited to:
a) Undertaking appropriate risk assessments
b) Appropriate deployment of capacity on new & renewal business, including endorsement of existing coverage
c) Adherence to Product guidelines & initiatives, including growth or diversification strategies or remedial action if requiredDevelopment and execution of personal Distribution plan for assigned Broker panelClose collaboration with Cyber & Technology Practice Leader and Product Line ManagersParticipate in joint travel/presentations
