Financial Director

Job Title: General Manager of Finance The General Manager of Finance is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the Finance function at Lead Group. This role requires a strong finance professional with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the CEO, CFO, and other stakeholders. Financial Operations: Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management. Financial Systems: Implement and maintain financial systems, including accounting software, to ensure efficient and accurate financial processing. Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in finance leadership roles, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
