To build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others.An integral part of our UnitingCare Financial Resilience and Wellbeing Services, as a Financial Counsellor you'll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.Let's make a meaningful difference, together.Your part in our UnitingCare teamWe are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Counsellor to join our dedicated team on the National Debt Helpline as part of our Financial Resilience and Wellbeing Service.This position is full time on a fixed term contract ending 30 June 2025 and has flexibility on office location as well as hybrid model opportunities.As a Financial Counsellor on the National Debt Helpline, you will facilitate client appointments via video or telephone sessions. You will provide confidential financial counselling, advocacy and information with a focus on empowerment and resilience outcomes for clients and their families.What makes a difference for us?Our ideal candidate will have experience in providing Financial Counselling and support to individuals and their families who are experiencing financial anxiety and stress.
