Financial Controller Required - Commercial/Residential BuilderOur Client is a long-standing commercial and luxury residential builder based in the Northern suburbs. They have been in operation for over 10 years delivering new build & refurbishment/renovation projects in the residential space ranging in value from $200,000 - $10M. They also have a commercial projects division which builds projects ranging in value from $200,000 - $5M. Current turnover is $25M with that projected to increase significantly over the next 5 years.The role will report directly into the Managing Director and oversee the following:Preparing monthly financial management reportsManagement of financial obligations (leases etc)Liaison with project teamsManagement of AP/AR staffIndividual job costings analysisVariations management/changes for each projectLiaison with external accountantManagement of BAS, FBT, IAS payments, payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG withholding tax and workcoverPayroll preparation including superannuation paymentsBudget preparation and review, forecasting and cash flow reportsMonitoring of monthly expensesUse of JonasPremier softwareTo be considered you will need formal tertiary qualifications in accountancy (CA/CPA) with a minimum of 5 years professional experience. Previous construction industry experience will be reviewed favourably.In return the successful candidate will receive a permanent job offer from a stable builder with a positive culture.
