With a huge round of funding and the development of a capable and cohesive function, this role is suited to an individual who is both hands-on and a role model for junior members.The role reports into a CEO who has strong finance acumen and can help guide the right individual but ultimately will suit someone who knows what good looks like and can come in with the remit of growth and development.Here's a snapshot of what the role looks like: Management and statutory accounting experience;Stakeholder relationship internally;Deep team management capability;Someone who understands the financial and cyclical deadlines;Ability to put rigour in place;Take ownership and lead;Strong at translating numbers and writing Board, Audit & Risk papers and be able to interpret;Deliver budget process;Opportunity to add value and achieve;Experience with transformation and change;Bring initiative to the role and team;Someone with high levels of EQ, resilience, and tenacity.This role is a growth role with the remit around uplift of systems, capability, and improving what 'good' looks like.
