Your new company
This large global business operates in the retail segment and allows the consumer access to a significant number of products at the click of a button.
With operations based in the US and networks in over 30 countries, their footprint in Australia is the third-biggest region globally.
As their growth continues at a fast pace, they are currently looking to add a new Financial Controller to the team, on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your new role
Full P&L and balance sheet responsibility for Australia
Revenue recognition & analysis of margins
Completing standard monthly analysis and reporting
Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end financial close and reporting
Consolidated financial statements, audit & internal control requirements
Managing working capital & cash flow
Strategic planning, budgets and forecast
Analysis of results & commentary
Providing monthly sales data & pricing information
Review financial models for accuracy & profitability.
What you'll need to succeed
CPA/CA qualified
Ability to be "hands-on" and lead a small team
Detailed understanding of global accounting & reporting standards
Experience of reporting to an overseas HO
Use of ERP systems
Experience with complex revenue models.
