Due to company growth, the team is now looking to recruit a Financial Controller to join their team. Job Description Reporting into the Managing Director, key duties of this role include:Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysisManage cash flowImplement cost control measuresInventory managementUtilise data analytics to inform decision-makingCollaborate closely with the operations team to understand cost drivers and track project feasibilityManage a team of four staff, located across three offices - building and fostering healthy work relationships The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have a background working in a commercial manufacturing environment in either a Finance Manager or Controller position.
