Financial Controller

About the Role Our client is an established, volume-residential builder located in South-west Sydney with a reputation for building quality homes.
Currently building around 300+ homes per year, they have plenty of work in the pipeline for years to come.
As the Financial Controller for this busy Residential Homes business, you will report directly to the company Director & wider management team and manage a small team of finance administrators.
You will also have the opportunity to be an integral part of the executive team and provide financial insights to key stakeholders.
Report and maintenance of: Cashflow, WIP spreadsheet, Business Summary, P&L, Balance sheet, End of project review, business performance - budget vs actual etc.
Business forecasting and budgeting BAS and Tax Accounting Liaise with external accounts, solicitors, auditors and insurance providers Annual review and maintenance of business contracts Oversee & manage a small team Home owners warranty, iCare, insurances About You Substantial experience within a Senior Finance or Finance Manager position MUST have experience working in a construction business, with residential preferred Tertiary qualifications CPA Qualification preferred Proven experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional communication skills DATABUILD, MYOB Remuneration & Benefits A remuneration package upwards of $150-$160K + superannuation Modern offices with a fantastic workplace culture Onsite Parking Great team & working culture For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Kim Castueras on 0423 927 536 or click apply.
