Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee the accounting function of the business and supervise a small yet experienced team. You will be professionally qualified with proven technical accounting knowledge and high-level communication skills. The ability to liaise across the business and partner with Department Managers will be key.Experience within a manufacturing/costing environment would be an advantage but not essential. The ability to lead a team through a new system implementation, planned for 2025, and experience working with overseas entities will be seen favourably.On offer is the opportunity to work for a business in which the owners truly value their employees and are passionate about the business.
