Key Responsibilities Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management and timely payments.
Manage and process payroll accurately and efficiently.
Lead, mentor, and support the finance team to achieve their full potential.
Provide insightful financial analysis and advice to senior management and the Board.
Oversee month-end processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
Prepare and present budgets and financial forecasts with precision.
Monitor and optimize debtor and creditor accounts.
Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, such as BAS and payroll tax.
Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial systems.
Attend bi-monthly Board meetings, contributing valuable financial insights and recommendations.

About You We're seeking a Financial Controller with the following qualifications and attributes: CPA or equivalent certification, with a bachelor's degree in commerce, business, or accounting.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar financial leadership role.
Expertise in cashflow forecasting and treasury management.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
A drive for continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
