$140,000 - $160,000 PLUS SUPERANNUATION P/AGRIFFIN COALThe Griffin Coal Mining Company is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Perth team.THE ROLEReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will work to achieve business objectives and profitability through the effective leadership and management of all operational accounting and financial activities.In this role, your duties will include but are not limited to:Control the finance and accounting strategies, methods, practices, and procedures for the head office;Organise and supervise finance systems in order to ensure timely and accurate production of accounts and reports;Undertake financial forecasting to aid in strategic decision making;Prepare budgets for head office, site, and projects;Demonstrate positive interaction with site-based personnel and other key stakeholders and use these relationships to develop more effective and efficient work processes.EXPERIENCEThe preferred candidate will have:Tertiary qualifications in a finance and/or business-related discipline;5 to 10 years' experience in a financial management position with direct reports;Professional accounting qualification and membership (CPA or CA);Demonstrated finance experience within the mining/resources sector;Proficient in Pronto ERP software (preferred).To apply, please send your application including current resume, details of any relevant qualifications and references via email to ******.
