Financial Controller

Full timeSalary: $200k - $250k p.a. + Bonus, Flexibility, CultureMars is excited to bring this role to market and is looking for experienced senior finance leaders who want to grow their careers and lead a small finance team as the company continues to grow.The role will have full financial oversight of the business with some strategic and financial planning elements included. With offices based in the Perth CBD and great flexible working options, this role won't be on the market for long.Responsibilities:Full financial oversight of the business and a team of 10+Work with the finance manager to produce a full set of financials.Oversee the transactional team/payroll for the group covering several subsidiaries.Management of tax, audit, and technical reporting in line with ASIC.Work closely with the Group CFO on technical issues & financial strategies.Maintain continuous improvement initiatives across the finance team.Experience:CA/CPA qualification is a must-have.Experience leading a team of 8-10 direct reports.15+ years of accounting and finance experience.The ability to connect finance and strategic planning with executive teams.Experience in FC, GM finance, or senior finance positions previously.We will commence shortlisting for this role immediately.
