You will be accountable for all financial and accounting matters including compliance with all statutory and tax obligations. This role has four direct reports and approximately 15 indirect reports. The company's annual turnover is approximately $350m.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead discussions with the Leadership Team regarding budgets, forecasting and variance/trend analysis commentary through cost review meetings;Drive delivery of annual budgeting and rolling annual forecasting process and deliver results.
