We are looking for a Finance Controller (Sales) for our APJ region. This role will play a pivotal role in optimizing our regional sales performance and fostering strong business partnerships.
Responsibilities We're global, with 3,500+ strong sales team members and have amazing products that are changing the way people think about technology.
As the Sales Financial Controller for the Asia Pacifc region , you will be responsible for building and fostering strong partnerships and be a strategic partner to the Sales Leadership team and providing deep financial insights and analysis to drive growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities but not limited to; -Partner with Sales Leadership (Sales Operations lead and Sales VP) across APJ to develop and implement financial strategies that optimize regional sales performance.
-Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
-Identify opportunities to maximize the growth and profitability across the region
-Prepare insightful reports and presentations, effectively communicating complex financial information to a non-financial audience.
-Collaborate with the Finance and Operations team to ensure accurate and timely sales reporting.
-Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Finance.
-Stay abreast of market trends and regulations impacting the software industry in the APJ region.
Qualifications The successful candidate brings experience in a Financial Controller or Analysis within a sales environment and preferably in the software industry.
Core Qualifications but not limited to: -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Proven experience in developing and analyzing financial models and forecasts.
-Previous experience working with sales leaders and sales teams in the APJ region
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
-Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
-Experience with Salesforce systems a plus.
-Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment with diverse teams is highly desirable.
-Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential. Additional language skills ( Mandarin, Japanese, etc.) a plus.
