Your personal information will be retained and used by Quest for the purpose of considering your qualifications for employment, as required by law, and may also be used during your employment at Quest or an affiliate of Quest if you are hired to work with us. In addition, certain personal information you have provided to us, including your name and personal email address may be shared with third-party service providers for purposes relating to background checks and in preparation of your onboarding at Quest if you receive an offer of employment with us. By providing such information through the Recruiting Platform, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and use of this information in accordance with the Quest Privacy Policy , and, as applicable, the terms and conditions of any subsequent employment agreement.
