Position Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the business owner, the Financial Controller will manage all aspects of finance and accounting which includes:
Accounts Payable. Accounts Receivables & Debtor Management. Fortnightly Payroll for 12 to 15 staff using MYOB software. Inventory management. Manage the financial operations including preparation, analysis and reporting of financial statements and cashflow forecasts. Maintenance of Capital Asset register. Preparation and lodgement of BAS, PAYG and Superannuation. Workcover annual payments and claims management. Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements. Maintain Staff records and inductions. Workplace Health and Safety records. Provide support to the external tax accounts as required. Administration including the supervision of a full-time Admin Assistant. About the Employer:

About the Person:
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate:
Accounts experience within a similar work environment. Strong working knowledge of MYOB, XERO and MS Office Suite. The ability to prepare, analyse and report financial data and reports. A pro-active, can-do approach in the workplace. Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. An understanding of business confidentiality. Although not essential requirements, preference will be shown to applicants also able to offer:
