The Financial Controller is responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations, including the preparation of accurate financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulations, while implementing efficient financial controls and systems. The Financial Controller supervises and mentors the finance team, manages cash flow for liquidity, and coordinates audits. Additionally, they provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to optimize performance, cost control, and profitability.
