Reporting to the Senior Dealer Principal and our CFO, you'll play a crucial role in guiding decision-making processes and ensuring financial excellence across all our operations. This role will be responsible for multiple sites, thus travel between the Brisbane and Sunshine Coast regions when required will be essential.What You'll Do:Partner closely with the Senior Dealer Principal and Dealer Principals, providing vital insights and guidance.Deliver accurate and timely monthly results.Work with multiple stakeholders and the Autopact Head Office team.Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintain effective financial controls.Lead and manage a strong Administrative Team across multiple dealerships.Our Ideal Candidate:Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance.Minimum 3 years in financial accounting, with dealership experience preferred.Advanced in report production, analysis, Excel, and accounting fundamentals.Familiarity with the ERA system is a plus.Proactive, deadline-driven, excellent communicator, and effective leader.You will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a knack for creating efficiencies.
