Financial Controller / Head Of Finance - Construction

Financial Controller / Head of Finance - Construction Growing diversified property developer with a number of renowned residential and commercial projects. This will be a high impact role to lead a talented accounting team whilst supporting the CFO on business strategy, as they look to continue expansion.

As 2IC to the CFO, you will jointly lead finance across the group and be accountable for leading an accounting team of 6, including:

Statutory reporting, tax, and treasury
Budgeting and forecasting
Oversee day-to-day finance operations
Strategic projects such as process improvements, cost initiatives, and business casing
Ownership of month-end processes and reporting
Preparation and management of cash-flow and business planning
Plan & coordinate audits
Ongoing process improvement
We're looking for experienced finance professionals (FC/Head of Finance/experienced Finance Managers) with construction or property development experience.

You will have proven leadership skills. My client has seen strong growth in recent years and is looking to consolidate their processes and systems as they build upon this, requiring resilience and the ability to manage through change.
