The company has grown considerably over the past two decades and has a pipeline of exciting projects underway in the immediate term. Unlike others in the field, they are in a very strong financial position and are a fully vertically integrated developer. As an integral member of the leadership team, the Financial Controller is actively involved in all material business decisions and will support the Chief Financial Controller in key strategic decision.The ChallengeReporting into the CFO, the core responsibilities for this role will include:Formulation and delivery of an annual finance strategy including planning and analysis, project financial performance, forecast revenue growth, cash flow and tax planningStrategic liaison with key stakeholders including operations managers and other key executives Responsible for conducting monthly project financial reviews with project teams and business partnering to support decision makingBalance sheet and working capital managementResponsible for all financial reporting and the financial audit processAccurate and timely delivery of management reports and other financial informationDeveloping and delivering performance measures (KPIs) for the finance functionSupporting the CFO in leading and directing the finance teams for the business by mentoring, performance managing and re allocating resources where appropriateActively identifying process improvement opportunities The ExpertisePlease consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:The appropriate finance skill set to be a Financial ControllerIndustry experience in construction and property development is desired but not essential Naturally, you may have commenced your career in a mid-tier or large chartered firm and are CA qualified Management experience leading and motivating teamsOutstanding communication skill and demonstrated business partnering ability The Next StepIf this position will enhance your career and you would like further details on the client, the role, remuneration or a copy of the position description, please call Nancy Zhou for a confidential discussion on 0417 257 628 .
