Financial Close Consultant (Hfm)

THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE ON THE EAST COAST OF AUSTRALIAWe have an exciting opportunity for someone who has worked in large corporate environments, responsible for ASX and Statutory reporting, to join a team of experts implementing leading-edge consolidation solutions.Ideally, you will have experience working with a consolidation tool like Oracle HFM, FCC or Onestream and understand how it works to achieve consolidated results.Our clients' Oracle EPM practice is going from strength to strength, with some exciting projects underway and others in the pipeline with some of Australia's leading organisations in the private and public sector.You will use your experience to work with customers to understand their challenges and define leading-edge solutions to make real business improvements in the consolidation and reporting space.Essential Job FunctionsParticipates in gathering and documenting functional requirements through workshops and interviewsContributes to solution designs based on the functional requirementsAssists customers in validating and reconciling dataAssists customers in testing developed solutions in accordance with testing strategiesAdheres to best practicesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferredCA or CPA qualifiedWorking experience with consolidation and statutory reporting processes will be highly regardedExperience working in a Big4 or large ASX corporations3-5 years of relevant experience with a consolidation solution such as Oracle EPM or equivalent, specifically HFM, FCC or OnestreamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAll interested candidates MUST have Australian PR or CitizenshipThis role provides an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and growth-oriented practice within a leading organisation with substantial career opportunity.Level 7, 341 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000
