From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here – providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.About the Moneycare ProgramThe Moneycare Program is part of the Community Support Service network of programs and related services which aim to alleviate financial hardship by supporting those who are in hardship due to financial difficulties or crises, by gaining the increased capability to act independently and self-sufficiently.Primary Purpose Of The RoleWe are seeking a values-driven and dedicated Financial Capability Worker, who will sit under the mentorship of the Financial Counsellor to provide Financial Capability support.Responsibilities:Assist clients in understanding financial concepts and developing their financial skills.Provide guidance and support to clients experiencing financial hardship.Work collaboratively with the Financial Counsellor to enhance client outcomes.
