Financial Business AnalystInformation TechnologyJob Description:On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a Financial Business Analyst to work on a Financial Planning & Analysis Project.Qualifications:Technical and Leadership Skills:Overall 7+ years' experience with financial/GL/ERP implementations;Specific experience with at least one FP&A end-to-end implementation including budgeting and forecasting;Excellent communication skills to work with Finance SMEs and ability to facilitate Design and UAT sessions;Nice to have:Prior experience with the Workday Adaptive Planning tool;A Degree/Certification covering finance content, e.g., CPA, BA/MBA with course work in Finance;Soft Skills:Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;High level of self-motivation and initiative;Ability to work well under pressure;Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships;Hourly rate: $85-95/hour.About Affinity:Affinity Group is a technology and business consulting and services company.
