Job Description:
On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a Financial Business Analyst to work on a Financial Planning & Analysis Project.
Qualifications: Technical and Leadership Skills: Overall 7+ years' experience with financial/GL/ERP implementations; Specific experience with at least one FP&A end-to-end implementation including budgeting and forecasting; Excellent communication skills to work with Finance SMEs and ability to facilitate Design and UAT sessions; Nice to have: Prior experience with the Workday Adaptive Planning tool; A Degree/Certification covering finance content, e.g., CPA, BA/MBA with course work in Finance; Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; High level of self-motivation and initiative; Ability to work well under pressure; Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships; Hourly rate: $85-95/hour.
