With a sense of community, we offer critical financial and legal products and services including Will Writing, Powers of Attorney, Executor Services, Trustee Services and Personal Financial Administration.
About the Role
Our Financial Asset Officers play an important role in the management of our client's assets and ensure investment strategies are implemented accordingly to maximise their financial potential. As part of the wider Professional Services group, the Financial Asset Officer administers and actions on behalf of clients, in accordance with their financial plan. You will liaise with key people in the organisation to make this happen as well build and maintain strong relationships with external parties.
Skills & Experience
Experience in an administration role Knowledge of basic accounting (double sided) and reconciling of accounts Basic knowledge of all types of investments, their uses and characteristics Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal) Demonstrated ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence Competent computer skills including basic skill level with Microsoft Excel Candidates who are studying and/or have completed a Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent as well as experience within financial asset environment would be highly desirable.
