Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will partner with the sales and marketing team to drive Hasbro Pacific's financial performance in line with Corporate Goals, through reporting & commercial analysis. This role's remit includes budgeting, forecasting, discretionary spend review, financial modelling and commercial analysis, business partnering, monitoring key performance metrics and other ad hoc analysis.
Responsibilities: Track and report revenue performance to prepare regular sales dashboard and other performance metrics for leadership reviews.Develop, utilize and maintain A&P and Trade Discretionary Spend reporting/promotional ROI analytics tools.Track and control A&P and Trade Discretionary Spend expenses. Support FP&A Manager with spend reporting/analysis, ROI on spending and initiatives to improve efficiency.Partner with Pacific Commercial teams to drive commercial outcomes through financial insights and data-driven suggestions for decision making including trading term negotiation and GTM discussion.Support pricing analysis and review to maximize margins and ensure regional/global alignment.Assist FP&A Manager to perform customer and brand financial budgets, forecasting, reporting and key operational metrics tracking.Perform profitability analysis on products, brands, customers, and channels.Prepare month-end and year-end D&A journals.Ad-hoc projects/requests as needed.Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years' work experience as commercial finance in MNC, with good analytical skills and knowledge of accounting/finance principles and processes in the FMCG industry.Strong knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, and Power BI. Good knowledge in MS Database is an added advantage.Proficient in financial modelling, forecasting, and SAP reporting system.Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.Proactive self-starter with the ability to handle complex information on a routine basis and drive results.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and attention to detail is critical.#J-18808-Ljbffr
