A close-knit group, who share knowledge and support each other, challenging the norm to drive continuous improvement and contribute to the ongoing success of the team and the business.The OpportunityFinancial Adviser (Limited Advice Team)Permanent - Full TimeHybrid Work - 2 days in the officeJoin TelstraSuper Financial Planning (TSFP) in a phone-based advice role within the Limited Advice Team. This position involves conducting advice sessions with members, creating Statements of Advice documents, and directing members to our Comprehensive Advice teams for enquiries that exceed the limited advice scope.Key responsibilities:Engage with members by phone, provide assistance, identify advice needs and provide an effective triage service, explaining and promoting TelstraSuper Financial Planning's proposition and relevant alternatives for providing an advice solution.Where advice is in scope for limited advice service, provide personal or general advice as required.Participate in proactive outbound calling to support campaigns and other initiatives.About youExisting Financial Planner (On the ASIC register between 01/01/2016 to 01/01/2019 OR completed Professional Year).Attained an approved degree or working towards completion of an approved relevant degree no later than 31 December 2025.Passed Financial Adviser exam with up-to-date CPD points.We're an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (WGEA) and believe you should be able to bring your whole self to work so you can be your best every day.
